Terms of use

Pranero helps you log food, weight, body measurements and workouts by voice or text, estimates calories, macros and micronutrients, and offers suggestions such as what to eat next. It is a general wellness tool, not a medical service, and its numbers are estimates. See the disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for your account and what happens under it; keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature.
• After the trial, logging and suggestions need a subscription. Your history and trends stay visible either way.
• There is one plan with everything included, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If a price changes, you'll be told in advance through the store, as their rules require.

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Pranero for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or delete your account at any time from within the app.

• Use Pranero for your own personal, non-commercial tracking.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.
• Don't use it to harm others, or in breach of any law.

Nutrition values, calories burned, weight explanations and suggestions are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important, and use your own judgement. You can correct any entry in the app.

We keep improving Pranero, so features may change. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.

You can stop using Pranero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Pranero is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates or suggestions in the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pranero in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting your rights as a consumer where you live.
